What data we collect

When you submit the collaboration enquiry form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, institution, role, email address, area of interest, and any message you choose to include. We do not collect any data automatically beyond standard web server logs.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and facilitate potential research collaboration discussions. We do not use it for marketing purposes, and we do not sell or share it with third parties except as required to process your submission (see below).

Third-party processors

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, CA, USA), which hosts this website and provides form handling services. Netlify acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement. For more information, see Netlify's privacy policy.

Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on your consent, given at the point of submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in facilitating scientific collaboration.

Data retention

We retain enquiry data for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted unless an ongoing collaboration requires continued retention.
